Overpriced but basically a good apartment complex

I don't have any real complaints against Greystone Point (now Juniper Springs). Our AC didn't work that well and the bills were pretty enormous when we lived there ($250 a month during summer, left at 78 degrees even!), but besides that everything was A-Ok. Last time I checked, the place was pretty overpriced unfortunatly for what you get.
Pros: Covered Parking, clean grounds, safe, great neighborhood, gated, one of the better apartments in the Far West area.
cons: overpriced, shoddy construction in places
