I lived here for 3 years and only moved out because I was leaving Austin. The maintanence team was great, they kept the place looking nice. Apartments were spacious and nice, never had bug problems. New management is not as good as the old, they made up lots of new "fees" for things- read everything very carefully! Overall, though, pricing was very competitive (especially when you sign a 19-month lease!) and the amenities were excellent. My car was broken into in the back parking lot, as were several of my friends' cars throughout the years I lived there. I recommend a car alarm, other than that- the apartments were great.
