I have been a resident at JP for about 2 years, have just renewed for another 18 months. Staff has been awesome- maintenance has been timely and correct, office staff is friendly and professional- helpful with concierge services, informative and responsive when I have had questions. The covered parking is great- much appreciated during the hail storms earlier this year. Closets are good-sized, site is well-lit, the garden is a nice extra. Love the clubhouse. Very happy with JP all around.

P.S. To address a few comments I've seen here' I'm a local musician and member of the business community who likes their privacy and appreciates good service. I can assure you that I am not staff. Neither I nor my neighbors have experienced the issues raised in some of the negative comments I see here, so I suggest you check out JP yourself and make a decision based on your personal needs, budget, etc. Whether it is a good fit is obviously a personal decision. Most of us have been here awhile and everything is just fine.
