the management has tried to pressure us into paying for water that they're supposed to pay for (according to the lease agreeement). i also know people who had their cars towed over winter break fpr expired inspections (after the management called the towing company knowing they would be gone and the cars would be in impound for a week). oh, and maintenance is neither prompt nor remotely competent.
