The interior of the the apartments are nice, but the complex is old and rundown looking. The price isn't bad for the location but you don't get much for your money. No private balcony, no W/D hookups, no microwave. The hot water is kinda iffy at times, and I had problems with my lights flickering. The staff is nice and cooperative, and neighbors are as well. Walls are a little thin so check your neighbors out first. Overall, a little over priced, but for the location tolerable.
