I lived here for 6 months and found it a great place to live, lots of nice neighbors who do happen to be elderly, but a fair share of students and younger folk as well. Lots of shady trees in parking lot, plenty of washer and dryers, luckily I didn't have a ton of maintenance problems, but feared if I did (the staff is responsive but not top notch). I have not heard of any car break ins, and never saw any tow trucks. Great, well kept courtyard with lots of life! Rent is great, 2/2 wood for $750, compare that around town and you will not find many better deals with such a great location. Inside could be more attractive, but you forget about the looks with all the space and large bathrooms. I wish the 1/1 was cheaper, or I would still be a resident!
