Overall Kensington Green has been a fantastic place to live. The management is extremely friendly and are more like friends than landlords. The asthetic improvements they've made through out the last few months look incredible. I've got a 1/1 with pergo flooring...pergo flooring!!! After viewing tons of apartments I immediately fell in love with this place because it has so many characteristics that the others can't even begin to offer. Each apartment opens up to a common courtyard with ample landscaping and trees, some units have pergo and tile flooring, the location is excellent...just a few minutes from downtown. And extremely friendly nieghbors with a mix of age groups.

The walls of each apartment are extremely thick and I've never a noise from my neighbors.

I've also read the past reviews and agree with a few negative points.

One: The A/C&Heating units are still old. My A/C went out one night, but I reported it to the management the next day and the problem was fixed before I returned home at 3pm.

Two: Along with that, I live on the second floor of a two story unit and the a/c unit on the roof creates an extremely loud dull hum at times. My neighbor downstairs and I have both reported the problem but have not heard any improvements even though the management has asked each of us about it.

Three: I guess everything is really about the a/c&heating units because I had a problem with a carbon minoxide leak too. But I think the problem is fixed....I think.
