Lived there 5 years. They brought in new staff and they new Maint. Crew was worse than the previous crew. COULD NOT fix hot water going out, AC units needing repairs, and leaks to save their life. It was tolerable till they decided to start charging as though they wer a NEW complex instead of an OLD onw with severe need of repairs. Talked to a friend who just moved out 2 months ago. Nothing changed.
