I moved in to these apt's in Sept. 05. I really have no complaints other than the fact I live in an apt. I can hear my neighbors. Especially the upstairs neighbor, I can faintly hear when he takes a leak because his bathroom is over ny bed. He throws up alot, too. They are now raising my rent $50, $75 if I choose to sign a 6 mo. lease rather than a yr. I have ahd a few maintenance issues, but they have been fixed promplty and without intrusion. The exterminators were suppossed to be in the other day and they didn't make it out on the designated Friday. They came by late Saturday morning while I was preparing brunch for some friends. I certainly do not want the exterminator coming to spray poison while I am cooking. It's an apartment, reasonably priced.
