This place is the typical college ghetto apartment complex. We've been living here for less than a month and already the A/C has been out twice! In addition to that The master bath has such bad water pressure that it is unusable, yet the management made no attempts to rectify the situation despite numerous maintenance requests. Hot water is also a scarcity around these parts... The management personnel are the typical slum lords...quick to blame residents for problems that are obviously due to poor upkeep, and they often threaten fines for the smallest of issues. They say they offer recycling but in fact they only have 2 very small bins that are only for newspaper and cans, and if you try to do the right thing and get a personel recycling bin they threaten to fine you for having it outside the door. Beware!!!
