This apartment is in a great location and offers a different kind of apartment living experience compared to other communities. The apartment is located within a neighborhood type atmosphere rather than other areas where all you see is row after row of apartment complexes. The area is also very safe. I would have re-signed my lease but the price for a one bedroom was out of my price range.
