My family has been living here for almost 2 years and we love it. Great little place for your buck. Place is old but in good shape.

Great size for the price.
Maintence men are friendly, and fast.
Management has changed: very nice and works with you in every aspect. Management is reasonable and not evil.
-Washer/Dryer in our plex is out date and expensive.
-People break into cars right outside our 18 month young daughter's window. (but in respect to Kensington, they have listened regarding the crime and have began steps to ensure safety.)
-Water flucuates very frequently.
