This is the bottom of the barrel. They must not pay their staff well at all to attract such poor help.

I have had a few problems, like receiving a notice that I owed money on my rent when I didn't, but other than that and a few minor issues I haven't had such a bad time here, and I just renewed my lease for my second set of 12 months.... It's definitely better than some places I've lived. Michelle at the Arbors of Wells Branch is extremely unprofessional, and the staff where I lived at another property (they changed their name to Silver Vale) were the worst of all -- a real slum. Though Kensington is far from perfect it's also nowhere near as bad as some places. Could you be more specific about how they have been so unhelpful?
