I lived at Keystone for a year and a half. While the grounds were nice, they charged an execesive amount for rent. When I moved out, instead of refunding my deposit, they sent me a bill for $300. The charges were mostly made up and/or exaggerated, and just confirmed my impression that Keystone only wants to squeeze all the money they can from their tenants. You can find a better place.
