Where to start' I lived there 2.5 years. The straw that broke the camel's back was the police chase that took place in the complex. We were at the pool and noticed unmarked black cars and suburbans circling the complex. A couple of minutes after two extremely shady individuals went into an apartment, the cops were banging down the door and holding guns to the doors and windows. Scary! We saw those guys in the paper a few days later (with some other people) who were wanted for robbery and vandalism. And management confirmed they were tenants at Keystone.
The management sucked and was always changing. I don't know why but you never dealt with the same people. Micki was expecially useless and a liar. She promised me upgrades and such for me to renew my lease and then tried to charge me for the upgrades. The maintenance team was not very good. The place totally flooded not just when it rained, but when the sprinklers came on. My boyfriends vehicle was broken into, as several of the neighbors. I constantly had to call 3-1-1 b/c of the noise or the neighbor beating his wife or some other dispute. The only good thing was the accessibility to 183 and all the nearby eateries and shopping. But what can you really expect from a property on the same block as (1)a head shop (2)a lingerie modeling place (3)an adult book store and (4)two liquor stores'''
