I've been her efor about 2 yrs and about to move. The management was great when I first moved in, but that changed rather quickly. The maintanence staff is poor...it take days to get things done and when they are, it's usually a matter of a few days befoer they have to come back and try again. My electric bill runs over $170 most months because their is a gap under my front door that still haven't been able to fix and of course the AC unit looks like it fell of a truck... The admin staff sucks, really they do. My car has been broken into, a friend of mine that came to visit was broken into as well. I see a broken car windo every other week here...and now they want to raise my rent way over market value while telling me the market value keeps going up....then why do I see it advertized for $70/mo less than you want me to pay' KEEP GOING IF YOU CAN!
