This place started out as an ok place, but just short of a month my girlfriend and I saw the reality. The management here is completely unreliable, they care nothing for your problems and only care about you when you're late on rent. Forget about asking to have anything fixed in your apartment because it won't happen, Maintenance is non-existent. What maintenance we do have comes from another complex and they all look shady and the office knows nothing about them. The noise here is a constant problem. You have one guy who has a hot rod and another with a motorcycle who have to make a grand entrance every time they enter the complex. People are constantly outside shouting and fighting, the business next door is always having their dumpsters emptied at all hours of the day. The crime is completely overlooked by management. The people down the way from us stand outside and sell drugs at night and rumor has it that there is a prostitute that works outside of her apartment here. Mine and my girlfriend's car have both been broken into on the same week, as well as several other peoples. The woman across from us had here apartment broken into in broad daylight, and just earlier this week the police busted a meth lab operating in our complex. Management won't do anything about it because "it's not our concern" and "security is not in our budget". If you have kids then this place is not for you. We have too many shady people that live here and I wouldn't be surprised if they were sex offenders. Cars are constantly speeding through here and it is only a matter of time before someone is struck and killed. To make a long story short, this place is not worth your time or money regardless of how cheap it is.
