1. Management
---, in the office is sour and unfriendly once I signed my lease. Even sourer when
I refused to sign up for another lease and went month-to-month.

WARNING: WHEN YOU GO ON A MONTH-TO-MONTH LEASE,
THEY FORCE A 2 MONTH NOTICE PERIOD. HOW NICE.

2. Construction
They are spending a lot of money on making the outside pretty, but the insides
are shabby and disintegrating. Insulation is poor; the (large) closet feels like
an oven if you keep the door closed. So keep it closed if you want a decent ac
bill. Windows are not double glazed. Hot & expensive. Air conditioners are
clogged up with grass clippings and my requests to get this cleaned have been
ignored.

3. Amenities
Pool is DISGUSTING.Murky. Full of floating and suspended detritus. The "hot tub"
should called a "tub". Seldom "hot". Full of GOO. Over chlorinated to compensate
for the goo, i guess. No work-out area. Porn shop, brothel and headshop (drug
paraphanelia) conveniently located right next door.

4. Safety
FANTASTIC! Every night, there are cops driving through the complex, either
arresting someone for drugs/prostitution/domestic violence/theft or *something*.
Therefore it is very safe. (get the sarcasm'). Potheads and drunks lounging
around the pool, crackpipes lying around, my 7 year old son found a baggie of
weed at the playscape a month ago. Prostitute & pimp traffic seen on grounds,
alcohol use and drunkenness ignored at the pool, despite no-alcohol policy.

5. They have 1 dumpster for entire complex. Long way to walk to the dumpsters - when
you can find them (because they keep moving the location of the dumpster).
Several months ago the recycle bins disappeared. This may explain why the
dumpsters are

6. Responsiveness to maintenance requests.
Mostly good.

7. Value for dollar
Rip off.
