My experience here has been pleasant. Maintenance is performed promptly and staff is friendly. Pool area is attractive and safe.

I really dont understand why someone would complain about this complex - the previous review is inaccurate and clearly prejudiced. Yes, there is a police presence but it is not obtrusive.

It is close to 183 but far away enough to have minimal noise. I think the previous person who wrote the review had some sort of agenda and it is certainly npt like that. The office staff has always been friendly and professional. My kids love it here.
