A/C is original equipment. Indoor condensor is LOUD. I can only imagine what's growing inside (as with all apartments age 12 yrs plus in Austin) Windows allow heat and mosquitos in. Rotting windosill painted over. All the usual stuff "income property" has to offer. Buy a real home if you can.
