I was in another state when I had to send in the deposit and did not get the chance to check the apartment out. It had a weird smell that can't be gotten rid of. It was right next to a room that seems to have some kind of engine running periodically about every 10 minutes and my bedroom was nosiy as hell. The laundry room is pathetic and the mailbox is too tiny. The water pressure is poor in bathrooms and the AC noise is unberable. The management is poor, very unflexible and unfriendly. The rent went up almost 20% and I am glad I have gotten out of there, be a little patient and you can find much better in the neighbourhood.
