This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I haven't even lived there for a year yet and I would not even think about renewing my lease. I needed to find an apartment quickly and this seemed like a decent place for the price. Then I moved in and immediately realized that I was AMAZINGLY wrong. All of my neighbors had their kids running around all over the place while they were busy drinking beer directly in front of the door of my apartment. One night one of these guys thought he would be funny and try to follow me into my apartment!! Then literally the next day my apartment flooded due to a break in the sewage system in the complex. I had feces on the ground 2 feet from my door and it was there for 3 days before I went out of town for a week so I don't know how long it was actually there. During those 3 days, I had people come out to fix my sewage-layden carpet and all the did was dry it. I convinced the apartment management to move me to a different apartment and shortly after I moved into that apartment, that I had to wait nearly a month to move into, a man addicted to crack moved in upstairs from me. He came to my door often and one night even propositioned me for sex. I have had cockroaches in this new apartment since I moved in and the management keeps on sending out exterminators but the cockroaches have not gone away. I also had the same flooding problem as in the first apartment only this time is was fresh water instead of sewage. No one should ever live here!
