I have been here for a little over a year now...families of 4 living in a one bedroom so water bill is not divided evenly. Alot of Illegals. Someone got stabbed in the parking lot a couple of weekends ago. There are cockroaches. Lighting is not good. People will knock on your door at all hours of the day and night trying to scope our your place. Your car will get broken into. 3 people I know were burglerized including myself and the office. Laundry room may have human feces in it at times. Washer and dryers will take your money, Getting it back is hopeless.
