I feel very comfortable and safe at Landmark and the office staff are always pleasant and helpful. I am 81 years old and hoping the rents don't increase much so I am able to stay here. I really love my apartment.

Maintenance is great. Especially Emilio! There is an issue with dogs. Constantly barking and many no lease. Many people don't use poop bags so lots of poop everywhere . Lots of restrictions on how you decorate your patio.

Amazing. Almost 4 years here and I love Highmark.

We love our apartment ?? Maintenance have been SUPER responsive when/if needed, we haven't had any issues with appliances, etc. working since we've been here and the location is pretty nifty; right in the middle of pretty much anything and everything ??

I don't use the pool because there are too many kids around. I get charged $25/mo for garbage service I do not use. Rent is abnormal high for this area......... .........................................

The community grounds are well taken care of. Any repairs needed are taken care of promptly. The amenities are very nice and we'll make rained. The office staff are very helpful and responsive to questions and needs.
