I live in a 1-1 bedroom apartment overlooking the leasing office. It is a spacious apartment, I have enough space to put my stuff. But the walls are paper thin.. I live at the first floor and I can hear my upstair neighbor doing everything. Plus I can also hear neighbors to my right and left. The water pipes are also noisy, you can hear when neighbors are taking a shower, washing their dishes. Sometimes it is uncomfortable to stay inside due to the pipe noise especially when I am trying to watch TV. Manager is also rude and she likes to run away from me whenever I try to tell her that something need to be fixed. 6 times I have experienced not having water,one time I have to take a shower in my friend's apartment. I've lived here for about a year and have seen people come and go ( i can see why ). The only reason I am still in Riverchase is because I don't feel like moving again. I wouldn't recommend living here.
