My wife and I have lived at this apartment complex for over 2 years now, and it was great, until recently. With the NEW MANAGMENT that has taken over in the past few months, the good things have gone bad, and the bad things have gone to hell. On the surface they seem nice friendly and helpful, but if you have any problems where they'd have to actually DO something, good luck. Our lease is up in a few months, I'm I am gladly leaving. My nieghbors cars have been broken into, 5 cars in all over the past year, and now with parking permits, they only allowed use 2 permits even though there are 3 adults living at our place. They said the 3rd member would have to use the visitor parking which is riddled with shatterd glass. Evidence from past break in in the poorly lit area that is the visitor parking. The problem is not just with the visitor parking, but with the regular parking area, at least I can keep an eye on my car from my window.
For short term residency, this place will do fine. For longer term leases, you'd better look for someplace where the staff will treat you as a paying customer instead of as a burden on them.
