Management never seems to be in the office when you need them, and they're too quick to make excuses (or lie outright) rather than addressing things when you finally do catch them in. (The owners change managment teams every year or two, and it seems to get worse with each change. They're nice enough; just useless.)

Maintenance rarely fixes things right. The water gets cut off *way* too often, usually without any notice anymore.

My unit is quiet now, but that varies as the neighbors come and go. Most don't stay very long. (I wish I hadn't, and this is a fare-the-well.)

Parking is ok right now, but gets bad when all the units are let. Cars get broken into in this neighborhood pretty often, but nothing has ever happened to mine.
