I do consider the plumbing to be one of the major problems, but it hardly compares to the rude heartless management in the leasing office. I have lived there under the current manager and the previous. I can at least give the previous manager credit for treating the tenants with respect and trying to work with them when a problem did arise. It must be something new in the leasing training program because the entire management team seems to suffer from the same bad attitude. Maintenance o.k., they do the best with the working conditions that they are in.
