I have lived in this complex for two years and had a pleasant experience with the first management system. Once the new management took over, everything went downhill. The manager is rude and either comes late to the office or leaves early.
The walls are thin and there is little insulation. And there have been multiple problems with the water heater. The maintenance staff has done a good job considering their circumstances. The garbage trucks always come extremely early in the morning and that noise is followed by the mowers.
Besides the usual apartment complaints, I would not recommend this complex based entirely on the poor management. Stay away!!!
