I live here and although the neighbors are usually nice the 'management' is the worst I have ever come by. Yes, the buildings are very old and not safe, expected, but I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I detest having to see the manager and get better customer service from the maintenance guys. I have been disrespected by Brittany Bartol and although her job might suck that is no reason to be ugly to people. It's a big shame folks. If I could find the number to someone who actually cares about my complaint I would call, but from what I've found out on the internet, this apartment complex has major legal issues going on. I'm really bummed out that I have signed a year lease and have substituted money for quality.

Contact your lawyer, because it's worse than you think. You have no idea about the health and safety issues (i.e. black mold, RUN!!!) Protect yourself and your children, because no one else will. The days of old are gone, those who care have left, dollars and cents are all that matters. Leave now, consult your lawyer, forget the lease!
