My lease is up at the end of December and I’ll be moving somewhere else. Parking is completely unacceptable, I routinely have to park in front of the office because of a lack of parking near my apartment, and the little green parking stickers they issue don’t seem to mean anything as most of the parking in front of my apartment is usually occupied by vehicles without them. I will say for the first time in thirteen months I did see someone with a security uniform in the parking lot last week. Visiting family members have had two cars stolen from the visitor parking area, and some punk kid tried to mug me by the mailbox (I’m 6’6”,if I’m not safe nobody’s safe!). As for the apartment itself, but after seeing the quality of repair jobs done to my apartment prior to me moving in, and with a background in hotel maintenance, I have chosen to do my own repairs rather than suffer with substandard quality. While I’ve seen worse working in emergency services under no conditions would I recommend Riverchase to my friends and family.
