The property has recently come under new management and things are looking up. The old managment had many bad days and the maintenance sucked. I did not get my car sticker the day I moved in like I was supposed to and my car got towed (and damaged from the towing) my first night here.

Beginging of this year, the complex started changing. The new owners are VERY helpful. Maintenance actually cares about the problems. New pipes were laid. They are fixing up the community VERY nicely. They are adding a business center, workout center and a clean pool.
Management actually seems to care, not like the old people. They are very responsive, very helpful and very cheerful EVERYDAY.

The current owners have made the enviroment a LOT safer and prettier. The stairs are now well light. The old trees are now gone. The whole complex looks bright even at night.
