The new management has really cleaned up this place over the past months. The landscaping here is beautiful and serene, which is probably the best thing I can say about this apartment complex.
However, be careful where you step since people who have dogs don't clean up after them even though they've recently put trash bins & trash bags located throughout the property which is great..if this problem was in-forced & people actually used them.

We've also witness to several vehicle break ins & had to call APD ourselves. We've had our own vehicles broken into twice & here recently our vehicle vandalized without anything done about it. IN MY OPINION the security here is horrible.
I don't feel safe walking any where on the property after dark because of the poor lighting in the corner areas of the property & in the back in places.
THE RESIDENTS HERE ARE DISRESPECTFUL TO YOU, YOUR VEHICLES, ANY TYPE OF BELONGINGS YOU MAY HAVE, AS WELL AS TO THE PROPERTY HERE ITSELF.

THE NOISE LEVEL HERE IS HORRIBLE ESPECIALLY AT NIGHTS AND ON THE WEEKENDS. Management (in my opinion) seems to do very little on this aspect. You'll end up spending less time & will get more accomplished by calling APD yourself. They do offer a phone number to call if you have any type of problem after hours other than maintenance problems which is great.... IF THEY EVER RETURN YOUR PAGE.
They have recently put in a gym and a computer room for the residents to use which wasn't here a year or so ago. However, the computer room door is constantly propped open (when it's not suppose to be because it's intended for residents only) so it's hard to get on a computer. Also the people here are constantly "trashing" it and using it for their own little party hang out at night and on the weekends.

The staff here is friendly and courteous but some what unorganized from personal experience. They have lost my deposit paper work which still to date has yet to be found. I wouldn't recommend living here unless you really have to.

I've lived here several years now, and will soon get the heck on outta here (like several people I know who live here as well), since MANY of the on going problems are just not getting resolved in my opinion. Which really sucks for people who don't have any type of transportation. The bus stops are close by, and it's within walking distance to just about everything you need. But like I said before, they seem to rent to every type of low life you can imagine which makes you want to move out as quickly as you moved in. NOT EVERYONE here is a low life of course, but there is HUGE difference within the past year alone of the residents that have moved in. Theres a lot of great people here as well. I've met some people that are really nice and have become good friends with. However, I've noticed that the people that have been moving in just this past year alone, seem to be extremely rude, disrespectful, and "trash" anything and everything (in my opinion). They act as if they are the only ones that live here.

wow- i can't believe we live in the same apartments! this hasn't been my experience at ALL! i live close to the volleyball court and it is always SO quiet and peaceful. Do you live in the other group of apartments? This is the only explanation I can think of as to why our experiences would be so different. I've only even seen my next door neighbor 3 times in 9 months, and I've never heard anything from their apartments! Also, I've never seen any vandalization, nor have I had any done to my car. My only problem here is that there aren't always parking spots at nights.

2314 WICKERSHAM Apt #715 Is this one of the apt. addresses?? If so the manager should check the sex offender registry one more time, if not, I do apologize and would love to know which apts it is an address at.

I am the property manager at Landry Place apartments. Our address here is 2239 Cromwell Circle (address is at the top of the screen). I'm not sure what apartment complex that address belongs to.
