The other day many residents awoke to a rude surprise. Towing will now be enforced. Apparently, it will be enforced at random. My single vehicle was selected for unspecified reasons to be towed. Another resident will have their jeep towed, I suppose because he parked in reverse.

This seems to be a response to crime' Harassing current paying tenants is an excellent way of getting some good turnover. I've lost all patience with the current management, and after living here three years, I'll be moving at the end of this lease. Attracting students is fine, but deterring families is quite another.
