This is not worth the rate at all. The apartments are VERY outdated. I felt like I was living in the 80s. The appliances are very old and need to be replaced. The neighborhood is absolutely terrible. My aparment had been broken into twice (the first time, crack had been left on my table). Management did not give any kind of compensation for it. Both of my neighbors vehicles had been broken into. They do have "security" at night. I believe it is just one person (who I've seen walking around smoking pot). I could hear everything my neighbors would be saying in their aparment. I could hear everyone talk outside. Very noisy. The outside and landscaping of the apartments is very pleasant. That is probably the only aspect I will give them credit for. I just felt completely uncomfortable there and will NEVER live there again.
