It's A Nice Place To Live

Landry Place is a nice, clean, quiet complex. The plus is the location. It's close to a HEB grocery store, CVS and buses, (UT and Metro lines), convenient to UT, ACC and downtown. The property is well maintained for the price and the staff is excellent and friendly. This property is geared to working adults and working students. And the extras are the tanning bed, 2 computer business center with a printer (bring your own paper), the pool and a small gym. You do pay for cable (costly),$65 per month and the utilities are paid to the rental office (except for electric). Which means you don't have to have a deposit for all of your utilities to have them turned on and/or when moving in. Move in was lower than normal with all the move in incentives. This property would be ideal for two working singles sharing a 2 bedroom or 4 college students in a 2 bedroom. Honestly - it's a nice community! If you don't like cultural diversity it's not a complex for you. But everyone in this complex is considerate and prideful.
