I have lived many places during my college experiences and Landry's Place is by far the worst experience that I have ever had. Not only have I had MANY problems, but my neighbors have experienced the same. The head manager is horrible and thats what mainly brings the place down. The manager is an unprofessional, uncaring, antagonizing, annoying, and unhelpful ------ lady that will seem nice untill after you sign a contract. I have seen a fight with her while waiting for her to treat me with disrespect as well. Once your stuck she is of no help whatsoever, She even treated my 58 year old mother with disrespect with smerks on her face when trying to get problems resolved. She ruins the entire complex. I could write a 60,000 word paper on ever instance she has enfuriated me, but I have enough papers to write for my classes. Bottom line DONT SIGN A LEASE AT LANDRY'S PLACE. I will be in the process of contacting their corporate office to get rid of her. Moving out was the best thing that I have ever done, I haven,t even experienced a worse "customer service" representative at the worst of the worst fast food places. She is by far the worst part about the apartments. I just recently found this web-site and want to warn anyone who desires to live here,,,, DO NOT DO IT!! When you move out they will charge you for the blemishes and problems that were their when you moved in. Besides the antagonizing she------, The business center is horrible, 3 computers that barely work (if the keyboards and mouse's are even their), Their is never anyone at the office, The gym looks cool on the internet but it is basically 3 tread mills and a mirror which they took the picture at to make look larger. The only good thing about Landry's Place is that the maintenance guys are really cool, they care 10 times more about the residents than the manager and probably get paid 10 times less,,,,, it infuriates me, DONT MOVE TO LANDRY'S PLACE!!!!

I have a hard time taking you seriously given that you're a "college student" but seem to have no awareness or understanding of basic spelling and grammar. Seriously, learn coherency - maybe the woman didn't treat you well because you're dumb as dirt. Anyway, we got our full deposit back and were always treated well. Maybe you just sucked as a tenant?

There's also the fact that this particular user doesn't even get the name of the complex correct. I've had nothing but positive interactions with the staff, and they seem genuinely dedicated to creating a positive living experience.
