It is such a good place!

I have lived here for almost 3 years as a single in 1 bed room.
I have been happy to live in here. Now, I have to move out because of my job transfer, and I have been satisfied with Landry Place.
It is very safe and quite apartment. The management is so nice.
The negative thing is water is free not anymore. I have to pay around $20 per month.
The basic cable and high speed internet is included in my bill which is $620 per month. It is not bad at all!.
I wish to live here more because I love to live in Austin!
Since I have been here for 3 years, I can tell and compare the management.
At the Riverchase time, the manager was horrible. She was incredibly not nice.
At the Landry place era, she was, of course, kicked out and new manager came. She was very nice, although several times managers were rotated to another cities. But they were all friendly and nice to me.
