Hated It!!

I was so mad when I moved in! There were cigarette burns and stains all over my carpet! I asked the manager why they didn't replace that carpet before I moved in and she told me that it was because I have a dog. What kinda ---- is that'' It just continued to get worse after that. I discovered that my apartment had a roach infestation from the previous resident. It took months of pest control treatments to get rid of them. I had to throw away my microwave and toaster. To top that off, when I got home from work one day I noticed that pest control had left keys in my door and my apartment was unlocked!! How irresponsible is that''' Someone could have stolen all of my stuff or my dog could have gotten out! I went down to the office and told them this, and they didn't even care.
I hated hearing cars getting towed during all hours of the night. One instance happened right outside my bedroom window at 3am and they couldn't get the alarm to shut off.
After I got back from Christmas vacation, I walk into my first floor apartment and notice that my dining room and kitchen light fixtures were full of water and my apartment smelled like mildew. Apparently the apartment above me had a water leak the week before and maintenance didn't even bother checking my apartment to see if there was any damage. They told me they were going to get my carpet cleaned for me....NEVER HAPPENED!
I hated living there so much, I finally subleased my apartment and got the hell out of there!

I live here now and the only thing like that I have experienced since moving in at the beginning of the year is the carpet. They didn't replace ours either and whoever laid the carpet left things underneath and now we have lumps everywhere. Other than that I have never seen a roach, flooding or cars being towed and I live right near the office.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APTS!!! They are not only overpriced but the office staff could care less about helping people. There is never any parking and the apartments are in bad condition. When we first moved in here, they told us that they would help us out any way they can. Well we have cracks on our walls and they dont CARE! We pay like 30 bucks for water. Come on that is ridiculous!!!!!
