One of the main problems here is the that water is off very often. The managers gave a notice in advance saying we wouldn't have water from 8 to 8 but it is 10:34pm and still we don't have water.
Another problem is the reinforcement of rules. People with pets should pick up the after their "doggies" do their business but they don't and the administrators don't say anything or do something to make the dog owners responsible for them.
Safety is another issue here, as I mentioned administrators aren't consistent with rules, they hired a security person for a month but after that we are on our own, seeing people from other apartment complexes entering here and using every facility (gym, basketball courts, computer room, etc.)
Besides managers, and secretaries are very difficult to reach, they never answer the phone, Oh! but of course they are very punctual to harass people about being late with the rent...
So you can imagine, no water, lots of dog ----, no security and very mediocre administration makes this place very unpleasant.
