Maintenance requires several trips to fix the simplest problems. Had multiple problems with roaches, mold, and wooden walls rotting out. Management doesn't care, and it shows in their attitude towards the tenants.

Ground were very poorly kept: many glass bottles and fast food packaging littered throughout the complex. Faces West Ave, which is extremely loud at night.
