i lived in this apartment for a year and was quick to renew my lease. it went through a few management companies at first, but now everything is calm. management is attentive and understanding. maintnance comes within 24 hours. notification is provided proir to anyone being in your apt to check problems. energy costs are efficient. my highest bill was $80 for an 865 sq.ft. apt. kept at 78ish in the summer. and my lowest bill was $30.

There is a beutiful pool with someone to maintain it....great fountain. you have to get creative with guest parking but there is some available. towing was a problem at first, but after talking about it with management, there havent been problems.we had some horrible neighbors who liked to get crazy and violent, but management recognized the problem, and didnt renew their lease.

overall, i have had a great experience with living here. its not luxurious but the location is great...lots of windows. clean area. no theft. i would recommend living here especially compared to other campus area apartments.
