Roaches/ Mice were a huge problem.
No Parking and I got my car towed for parking inside my own apartment complex.
My car had been broken into and had some valuables stolen from it.
I've seen homeless people digging through the dumpster late at night (shows how unsafe the area is and the lack of gates in the parking lot and complex)
Washers/ Dryers made your clothes dirtier than when you put them in
My apartment always smelled no matter how much I cleaned it... mold problem most likely
No lighting in the apartment and it was extremely small
The owner is cheap and we had to have a broken stove for 3 months before he would finally buy us a new one (not upgraded, by the way, still got the cheapest gas stove he could find).
Maintenance walks in the apartment with a key, no forewarning, and I have been caught in the shower.
Rent continuously goes up despite the fact that the place got worse every year I lived there.
