Many of the apartments have mold and the tenants are held responsible.

The carpet is cheap and sheds terribly.

The office staff is generally unkind and unreasonable.

My fridge leaked and ruined a lot of my food. I told the office numerous times but nothing was ever done.

Water leaked from the AC when it'd rain(exacerbating the mold problem). Maintenance came out twice to fix it but the problem remained.
