Lantana is not a new complex. It is not fancy but it is not rotten either. There's a great community here. The managers and maintenance staff are SUPER friendly and VERY helpful. The place only felt dirty when I wasnt keeping it clean. The kitchen is every cooks dream. It is fabulous. TONS of counter space lots of shelves and plenty of cabinets. theres a really cool breakfast bar dividing the kitchen and living room. It's not huge or fancy but its a great place to live. wonderful neighborhood too. I feel safe here. My only complaints upon move in was the lighting but that was easily fixed with a few lamps and limited guest parking. If you're not a diva you'll love it here.

which apartment are you in?? you must be joking!!! LANTANA SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE IT! we see 2 roaches EVERYDAY!

I can honestly say it was not written by the staff. This is Miranda the Property Administrator. I receive updates when people leave feedback. I appreciate the feedback left by the main poster. The other 2 reply??s we can work on. Feel free to contact me to discuss your issues especially in regards to management being the worst. We??re courteous and hospitable to each resident. Please tell me your issue and we??ll see how we can improve. If your having a roach issue I would like to know if their big or little roaches. Big ones can??t always be prevented because their random and come in from outside. I have them at my home too. Ask your parents, they??ll be able to tell you. If their little, please call maintenance or me and we??ll have pest control come treat your home. We also do quarterly pest control. But we??ll be happy to schedule something for you anywhere in between. Little roaches come around for food and if you have a neighbor that??s really messy, it could be an infestation in their apartment. I??ve seen this before. At our next quarterly, I??ll ask our pest control company to report any really messy apartments that could be causing an issue. Our next treatment is in July. Please give me a call to address any additional concerns.
