We just signed a lease here, we got a great deal. Free cable, gas and reduced water. Everything is brand new the apartments are under new management and are being completely renovated. New paint, carpet, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, brand new appliances, plus a new washer and dryer in every apartment. We were skeptical after seeing the model apt. so the leasing agent showed us several apartments that were ready to be leased and let us pick the one we wanted.The decor in every apartment is chic and modern. The outside of the first building is nice but the others are still being renovated so if you drive around don't judge it by its cover. The office staff is so friendly. It's a small complex so they take care of each residents concerns and questions. While we were filling out paper work current residets were stopping by the office just to chat with the managers on their way home from work. The next day the leasing agent called us to give us first choice an apartment that had just opened up in a better location. We will rate this apartment complex again after living there for a few months to let you know if we still think they are great.
