This property is absolutly in the GHETTO where all the illegal immagrants live, VERY HIGH CRIME rate...

I moved here from out of state and put my deposit down from out of state not seeing the complex and the location (very stupid of me )... I then got into town and saw the location GROSSS... I then spoke to a cop and he said he wouldnt ever let anyone live there that he knew.

There were -------- with there doors open in every buiding (what people can turn on eletric) Also I work in this industry i know the ropes of things.

The manager Isabell was a complete ----- I NEVER signed anything stating i couldnt get my money back from my deposit if i cancelled, she just so happend to forget to fax that over with the application so when i went into the office to get my money back cause i wasnt going to live in a ---- hole she told me i couldnt get it back and I am in Texas now things are different... ----- i wouldnt care if I was in Canada I know if I didnt sign anything stating i dont get my money back then they dont have a leg to stand on..

I then called the people they are owned by 3 times and never got a call back so now it is court we go...

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Also i went to look at the unit i was going to be taking on the 2nd floor and i popped out the screen with my finger can you imagine how many breakins you would have with that.. I would have to sleep with one eye open and a gun in my hand if i lived there
