Things don't get repaired.
Safety issues get ignored even when you talk to the corp.
offices, the office staff on property will lie and say that you never came to talk to them about a problem.
(Has happened many times with my room mate and I) Given the choice between living at Laurel Woods and living in my car, I'd live in my caaaaar! A review of this property as I quote STINKS, STANK, STUNK!!!

I've lived here for over a year and have NEVER had a problem with the maintenance crew. They arrive quickly and repair whatever (small) problem I have. I'm not sure what problem the previous poster had, but I feel that if it's something that can be fixed, it would have been. Overall I would say that Laurel Woods is a great place to live. I've always felt safe here and I find it a peaceful place to live. I really have no issues with any of the staff here and would recommend living here to anyone.

I hate to agree with Dr. Suess , but there is one part of the grounds that is always soaked and has puddles in the mornings, one wonders if managment is trying to breed mosquitos. By the way who's water consumption are we paying for ours or the malfuctioning sprinkler system, and I can't tell you how I appreciate tripping over sprinkler heads when it's dark out and speaking of afterdarkness falls that's when all the large rodents come and hang out by our dumpsters. If you like living in fear of getting rabbies, west nile virus, multiple contutions and or fractures from falling by all means live here.

This place truly sucks! I don't let my little ones go outside to play. If I didn't have to work I'd stay inside too. I feel like my family is being held hostage by the sprinkler heads, the unexplained holes in the ground, raised cracked pieces of sidewalk, the ever increasing piles of dog crap. Oh, and I found out that you can't get another renter evicted even if they threaten someone or have a police record, and as for getting out of your lease. GOOD LUCK! The only way to leave Laurel Woods without owing money is to croak, and even then you have to give thirty days written notice. This situation is just plain jacked!
