Great Place Bad Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The maintenance staff, Celt and Tiger do an excellent job, however trying to get Joanna and Faye, the managers to forward them maintenance requests is a different matter. Very pet friendly as long as they understand your breed. Don't do first floor because of groundwater and flooding ...especially near the little pet park. Make sure they clean your vents before you move in because you will never get Joann to do it otherwise. Good water price, high electricity, they rent to people with criminal records. Constant problems with clogged toilets, drains, bathtubs, dishwashers and disposals.
