I found Laurel Woods through an apartment finder, with nothing but glowing reviews. And, now I can see why. I've been living here since March 2009. I love it. The staff is friendly and helpful. If I have any issues or service requests, they get taken care of right away.
I had a microwave malfunction, I didn't have to complain about it. I put in a service request for a fix up and they ordered a new one.
It's very quiet and peaceful. The only time I hear my neighbors is around the time I'm getting up to go to work and hear them walking around upstairs. But, other than that, I don't hear a peep out of any of my neighbors. Either I'm very lucky or it's just that good.
I've never not been able to park next to my building.
The only gripe I might have is the parking spaces are kind of small, but, that's not a real big issue.
I hope to never have to leave this place. It's the best apartment I've lived at, since I moved to Austin five years ago.
